L'EARN (Learning and Earning) ICT Academy provides and equal guided, controlled, monitored learning system for optimum satisfaction and Success foe every class of engagement - either as a student, staff, networker, marketer or Instructor.


🎯 Purpose of the Program

To provide a practical, structured, and revenue-integrated training experience for students undergoing Industrial Training (IT) or NYSC. This program ensures each trainee:

  • Acquires relevant tech skills and work discipline
  • Completes a comprehensive logbook of experiences
  • Gains income and real-world exposure
  • Prepares for post-school opportunities with confidence

Skill Acquisition Hands-on training in programming, design, data analysis, cybersecurity, digital marketing, content creation, and AI integration.
Project-Based Learning Every student will complete one or more real-world projects aligned with their assigned department or course focus.
Monthly Stipend Students who consistently resume and close at designated hours will receive a monthly financial reward as part of the "Learn and Earn" initiative.
Income Diversification Learn how to monetize newly acquired tech skills online (e.g. freelancing, tech sales, product design).
Referrals & Royalties Eligible to join the LIFESEED earnings model through referrals and contribute to the LIFESEED digital value chain.

National IT Logbook Compliance We assist with proper logbook documentation and sign-off, fulfilling all institutional IT requirements.

πŸ“‹ Guidelines for Enrollment

  • Letter of Introduction: Submit a valid IT/CORP letter from your institution or NYSC body, addressed to Lifeseed Learn and Earn ICT Academy.
  • Acceptance Form & KYC Compliance:
    • Fill out and submit the Internship Acceptance & Agreement Form
    • Provide passport photographs and valid ID
    • Complete all required KYC steps for platform onboarding
  • Orientation: A mandatory induction session will introduce:
    • Department expectations
    • Dress code and behavior policies
    • Logbook requirements
    • Payment structure and duties
  • Learning Discipline:
    • Daily attendance from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (unless otherwise assigned)
    • Compulsory participation in classes, teamwork projects, and review sessions
    • Late resumption, absenteeism without prior approval, or repeated slacking will affect both stipend and certification status
  • Project Contribution & Reporting:
    • Contribute to at least one internal project
    • Submit bi-weekly reports (can be digital)
    • Ensure their logbook is updated weekly and validated by their supervisor
  • Active Learning & Referral Opportunities:
    • Attend internal and external workshops
    • Refer friends (and earn)
    • Request mentorship or additional classes beyond their IT focus
  • Code of Conduct & Confidentiality:
    • Be respectful, professional, and committed
    • Respect client data, internal documents, and learning materials
    • Sign an NDA where necessary before handling company/client-sensitive information
  • Stipend Eligibility Conditions:
    • Attendance must exceed 85%
    • Logbook must be current
    • Departmental head must endorse monthly performance

Topics and placement are assigned based on student interest, school discipline, and team/project needs.
